Let us remember our first responders: not only the police, the firefighters, the paramedics, the medical staff on duty, and those who work on the holiday, but also the air controllers, the sanitation plant workers, and those who guard and maintain our critical infrastructure. And, of course, soldiers standing watch on domestic and distant shores.
