California Colleges, Radical Democrats, and Islamist Extremists: The Alliance Against America

Are These People Americans or What?

It’s a fair question: are the people we watched in Detroit, cheering on terrorists, denouncing the very country that grants them freedom, really Americans in any meaningful sense of the word? Or are they ideological squatters, abusing the liberties of this nation to try to burn it down from the inside out?

Over Labor Day weekend, the “People’s Conference for Palestine” gave us a chilling glimpse of what happens when fringe academics radical progressive communist Democrats, and Islamist sympathizers form a common cause. The message wasn’t hidden, and it wasn’t subtle: destroy America from within. One speaker even demanded activists “destroy the idea of America in Americans’ heads.” That isn’t just rhetoric. it’s sedition dressed up as scholarship.

    Key themes included:

  • “Gaza as compass”: UCLA professor Loubna Qutami stressed Gaza as the moral and political guide, praising both legal and illegal activist tactics such as protests, blockades, and boycotts.
  • Academic radicalism: UC Berkeley’s Hatem Bazian pushed for embedding Palestine permanently into higher education. Other professors from San Francisco State, Columbia, and Harvard tied the cause to anti-imperialist struggle, with some invoking convicted criminals like Mumia Abu-Jamal or defending disruptive activism.
  • Youth and children: Organizers highlighted student activism and even ran children’s programs teaching Palestinian “history, culture, and resistance,” framing kids as future leaders of the movement.

California Colleges: Ground Zero for Anti-American Indoctrination

Where do these dangerous ideas germinate? Look no further than our universities, especially in California. From UC Berkeley to UCLA, entire departments have been transformed into indoctrination factories where professors peddle resentment, grievance, and revisionist history.

Students are spoon-fed the narrative that America is the great oppressor of the world, while groups like Hamas are painted as “resistance fighters.” What begins in the lecture hall doesn’t stay there; it spills onto campuses nationwide and into events like the Detroit conference. California colleges are exporting a new generation of radicals who believe that tearing down America is the highest form of virtue.

Taxpayers are footing the bill for this. Millions in federal and state dollars are funneled into these institutions every year, yet instead of producing engineers, doctors, or problem-solvers, they churn out activists who see patriotism as a disease and treason as a badge of honor.

Progressive  Communist Democrats and Islamist Extremists: An Unholy Alliance

What makes this movement so bizarre and dangerous is the coalition behind it. On one side, you have progressive communist Democrats, who worship government power and dream of centralized control. On the other side, you have Islamist extremists, who seek a theocratic tyranny that would silence every feminist, LGBTQ activist, and progressive voice in an instant.

These two camps have nothing in common except for a shared hatred of America and the West. And yet, hatred is powerful enough to bind them together. The result is a political Frankenstein’s monster: an alliance of groups that would normally despise each other, now united in the mission of weakening the United States from within.

The Victimhood Industry: Twisting History for Power

At the heart of this alliance lies a false equivalence: the notion that all victimhood is equivalent. Genuine struggles for freedom and equality are lumped together with the blood-soaked campaigns of terrorist regimes. By weaving every grievance into a single tapestry, activists hope to trick the public into seeing no difference between Martin Luther King Jr. and Hamas gunmen.

This is not only intellectually dishonest, it is morally bankrupt. It insults the sacrifices of true civil rights leaders and cheapens the meaning of justice. Victimhood has become a currency, traded on campus quads and protest stages, cashed in by those who would never dare to live under the regimes they defend.

The Danger Within: Subversion Masquerading as Activism

Let’s be clear: this isn’t healthy dissent. It isn’t a debate. It isn’t activism. What we are witnessing is subversion. When activists call openly for the destruction of America, they are not engaging in free speech; they are weaponizing it.

This movement has already infiltrated our schools, our media, and even our politics. Their goal isn’t reform. It isn’t justice. It’s a color revolution, the kind that leaves nations in ruins and populations in chains. And every time we shrug our shoulders under the banner of “academic freedom” or “free expression,” we give them one more inch of ground.

Bottom Line: Are They Really Americans?

So again, the question must be asked: are these people Americans, or are they enemies within our gates?

America is not just a passport, a place of birth, or a legal status; it is a symbol of freedom and opportunity. It’s a set of principles, freedom, responsibility, self-reliance, and loyalty to the nation that protects those rights. Those who plot its destruction while enjoying its benefits have forfeited the moral right to claim that identity.

The time for complacency is over. It is time for parents, taxpayers, and citizens to demand accountability. Cut off funding to colleges that serve as breeding grounds for extremism. Hold political leaders responsible when they align with those who openly cheer America’s enemies. And above all, refuse to let the definition of “American” be rewritten by those who hate this country.

Because if we don’t stand up now, the people chanting for America’s destruction today will be the ones writing its obituary tomorrow.

We are so screwed.
